Min Key Group was originally established as Ningbo Min Key Construction Co., Ltd. in 2008 in Ningbo, China, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. With a specialization in civil and building construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior design, and building refurbishment, we have successfully delivered large-scale projects for both domestic and international clients across China. Leveraging our expertise and a highly capable procurement team, the Group has expanded its reach to pursue projects on a global scale. We aim to bring our advanced technologies and cost-competitive materials to new markets worldwide.
Given
that the Group’s founders are from Malaysia, Malaysia became one of our first
key target countries. In 2009, we established Ceria Alliance Sdn Bhd to manage
rural infrastructure projects for the Malaysian government. Building on this
foundation, the Group launched Min Key Builders Sdn Bhd in 2011 with a paid-up
capital of RM 1 million. Focused on construction, property investment, and
development, Min Key Builders Sdn Bhd operates with a CIDB G7 license and is
headquartered in Puchong Jaya. In recent years, we have completed multiple
housing projects for the private sector and critical infrastructure projects
for the Malaysian government, further cementing our commitment to excellence
and growth within Malaysia.

This project involves the construction of three serviced apartment blocks with 45, 40, and 36 storeys, offering a total of 700 residential units. The development will also include retail spaces, apartment facilities, mechanical floors, a pedestrian bridge, and a vehicle ramp connecting basement levels across nearby lots.
The buildings will sit on an 8-storey podium that features a main lobby, shops, utilities, mechanical rooms, and car parks, along with two basement levels for additional parking. Strategically located near TRX, this project offers modern urban living with full facilities and easy accessibility.
Scope of work includes wet trade construction (screeding, tiling, brick/block walls, plastering), architectural finishing and interior design, plumbing, fire protection systems, and electrical works including 11kV installations.

East Coast Rail Link
Leading to Innovative
The East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project includes major infrastructure works in Kelantan and Terengganu. In Kelantan, substructure works are ongoing for Bridge #01b from Pier 47 to Pier 92.
In Terengganu, construction includes three stations: Kuala Terengganu, Bandar Permaisuri, and Jerteh. Works involve electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ACMV installations.
These developments are part of the ECRL’s goal to connect the East Coast with the rest of Peninsular Malaysia, promoting better transport and economic growth.
